Barista
Our Baristas craft more than slick drinks & yummy food, they create memorable experiences. Working alongside the Café Managers, fellow baristas, and the Chief Cat Officer’s lounge team, Baristas proudly embrace our No Tip mantra and still deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.
Baristas prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and our entire food menu with speed and care, while maintaining a clean and inviting café. They handle orders, payments, and guest questions with friendliness and professionalism. Beyond the counter, they support the team by restocking, cleaning, and ensuring the café is always top notch and runs smoothly throughout the day.
The ideal Barista is upbeat, dependable, and service-oriented, someone who enjoys people, great coffee, teamwork, and the unique atmosphere of a cat café with a mission.
Salary: $16/hr part-time & full-time available. Flexible schedule, free food & beverage on shift, off-shift employee discounts.
Food Handler’s Card + ServeSafe is a plus.
Cat Caregiver
Cat Caregivers ensure our adoptable cats are happy, healthy, and thriving in the lounge while helping to create a warm, welcoming environment for guests. Working under the guidance of the Chief Cat Officer and ownership, caregivers are the daily hands and hearts of cat care.
Cat Caregivers handle feeding, cleaning, and monitoring the health and behavior of cats, while keeping the lounge clean, safe, and inviting. They interact with guests, answer questions about the cats, and support the adoption process by sharing insight into each cat’s personality. Caregivers also assist with intake of new arrivals and help ensure all routines and standards of care are consistently followed.
The ideal Cat Caregiver is compassionate, observant, and dependable, someone who loves cats, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and enriching space for both.
Salary: $16/hr part-time & full-time available. Flexible schedule, free food & beverage on shift, off-shift employee discounts.
Pet First-Aid & CPR, Shelter Care Specialist, and Fear Free Certifications are a plus.
Cafe Manager
The Café Managers leads all things food, drink, and guest experience while working closely with the Chief Cat Officer and ownership to ensure the café and cat lounge operate in harmony. This role ensures our menu is served with excellence, our staff is supported and scheduled, and every guest feels welcome and cared for.
The Café Managers oversee daily café operations, helps to manage inventory and ordering, trains and schedules baristas, and upholds health and safety standards. They also coordinate with ownership on goals, promotions, and events while partnering with the Chief Cat Officer to align guest flow, reservations, and café/lounge crossover.
The ideal Café Manager brings cafe/diner supervisory experience, is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, cares deeply about service, and balances operational efficiency with warm hospitality.
Salary: $22/hr full-time.
Typically a 4-Day work week, PTO, Annual Performance Bonus program, free food & beverage on shift, free cat lounge visits for you and your family.
Food Handler’s Card + ServSafe Certification is a plus.
